A former central banker, Kimmo developed the world's first payment system simulator in 1997 and was among the first to apply network theory methods to financial risk analysis.
During the 2008 he advised several financial authorities, including the Bank of England, the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; which led him to found FNA.
Samantha earned a PhD in statistics at Harvard University and worked in the Research Group at Google before joining FNA. She has taught at Columbia University in New York and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona published in statistics, economics, finance and psychology.
At FNA, Sam works on the design, testing, and implementation of models and algorithms.
Prior to FNA, Ivana worked for 9 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where she served as a subject matter expert on derivatives markets. Ivana developed models and quantitative surveillance of centrally cleared markets.
At FNA, Ivana manages a team of data scientists and works with clients to help them maximize tangible business outcomes.
